My name is Esther Lindfors.
I’m a newly graduated digital designer from the Digital Design program at Kristianstad University. Want to know a bit more? Well then, let me tell you.
Who am I?
I’ve always been fascinated by how technology, design, and human behavior connect. To me, design is about creating experiences that not only look good, but work in real life and genuinely help the people using them.
My interest in design started in my teenage years through blog design and experimenting in Photoshop, long before I realized it could become a profession. Over time, that curiosity grew into a clear motivation to work with design as a way of solving real problems rather than just decorating surfaces.
During my bachelor’s studies in Digital Design, I explored different methods, tools, and ways of working, from user-centered design and research to prototyping and visual form. This gave me confidence in the process and a strong appreciation for balancing creative expression with usability and clarity.
I enjoy learning new things, turning ideas inside out, and collaborating with others. I believe the best solutions come from curiosity, creativity, and open conversations.
Right now, I’m looking forward to continuing to grow as a designer and contributing to projects where thoughtful design truly makes a difference.

During my studies at Hkr, I learned to create aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly digital products. Through this program, I developed skills in using a variety of tools and techniques to create digital prototypes, as well as how to test and iterate design to achieve the best possible user experience.
2021-2021
Graphic Design
Krabbesholm Højskole
In this program I developed my skills in Adobe Creative Suite, I also took part in several creative projects that were both challenging and educational. Krabbesholm gave me the tools needed to learn how to think outside the box and explore creative freedom.
2014-2017
Design & Product Development
Polhem
At Polhem, I learned all the specific stages of the design process. I developed my skills in various CAD programs and had the opportunity to design and 3D-print prototypes of my products.

- Exploring and learning about different cultures has shaped much of my life, and I’ve lived in and traveled to various corners of the world over the years.
- Sports and nature is a big part of my life too, I enjoy skiing and hiking and I happily head out to surf the waves Sweden has to offer (which are actually more than you might think!).
- I love meeting new people, few things are as wonderful as hearing about others’ experiences and getting their perspective on the world.
